Lüch de Survisc farm has been in the family for generations and lies on the sunny side of the Dolomites at 1,475 metres above sea level. The Vallazza family will treat guests to typical Ladin dishes and the farm’s special atmosphere. In summer the sun terrace will make for unforgettable moments drinking in the unique views of the Dolomites.

The traditional Ladin specialities are lovingly prepared using seasonal produce. Our home-made juices and delicious milk drinks provide refreshment on hot summer days.

In the autumn this is perfect place to enjoy the traditional Törggelen feasts, which celebrate the grape harvest. You can also enjoy the comforting warmth indoors when the sun decides to hide behind the mountains. Food and drink
Speck, ‘Kaminwurzen’ (chimney smoked sausage), cheese, barley soup, ‘Tutres’ (Tyrolean fried pasties) filled with spinach, cream cheese, cabbage, potatoes or poppy seed. Vegetable soup, ‘Kaiserschmarrn’ (sugared pancakes with raisins), ‘Cajinci arstis’ (pasties) filled with spinach and cream cheese, ‘Erdäpfelblattlen’ (fried potato pasties) with cabbage, ‘Schlutzer’ (spinach ravioli), cheese dumplings with ‘Zieger’ (cream cheese), dumplings with goulash, polenta with cheese or mushrooms, pork, beef or lamb, house sausage.
